The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Use partnered with Ghost to launch a campaign educating Oklahomans about safer practices to use, store, and dispose of prescription medications in households. I led the development of the campaign identity and collaborated with the Ghost team to execute a variety of deliverables, including social media content, display ads, and out-of-home advertising.

Strategy
Visuals for the campaign were inspired by the cautionary messages and warning labels we’re exposed to in our day-to-day lives, from laundry care symbols on clothing tags to road signs on the highway. High-visibility colors associated with each message (orange for use, yellow for storage, and green for disposal) were utilized to help the campaign stand out with a limited media presence and reinforce each of the 3 key messages.
