Goodwill Central Oklahoma is a community-based non-profit dedicated to empowering Oklahomans through job training and employment programs. In collaboration with the team at Ghost, I redesigned the organization’s website to better connect its retail presence with its mission impact. The result is a dynamic, user-friendly site tailored to Goodwill’s evolving goals.

Strategy

An outdated site buried essential information about services and community impact beneath clunky navigation and bloated content. The site also failed to communicate how retail purchases support the organization's mission workforce development programs, and internal teams lacked flexibility in content management.

Solution

The new site features streamlined navigation, flexible content management, and storytelling that connects Goodwill’s retail operations to its community impact. Mission-driven messaging, client success stories, and a redesigned blog make the content more engaging and accessible, while a custom store locator helps users easily find the nearest donation center, retail store, or employment resource.
