City Rescue Mission is a faith-based non-profit that provides temporary shelter and holistic resources for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The organization’s previous website struggled to communicate its impact or guide users towards meaningful action. Ghost was brought on board to create a more modern, accessible site that told their story more effectively and made it easier for visitors to access services or get involved.
Strategy
The redesigned experience introduces a cleaner layout, simplified navigation, and intuitive user pathways for each of City Rescue Mission's three core audiences: donors, volunteers, and clients. A flexible system of modular content blocks gives the organization's internal team the flexibility to update or add to the site as needed while maintaining consistency.
