City Rescue Mission is a faith-based non-profit that provides temporary shelter and holistic resources for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Ghost was brought on board to create a more modern, accessible site that told their story more effectively and made it easier for visitors to access services or get involved.

Strategy

The existing site lacked clear audience pathways and failed to effectively communicate the organization’s impact. Donors, volunteers, and clients had difficulty navigating the site and identifying next steps. Additionally, internal content management limitations made updates inefficient and inconsistent.

Solution

The redesigned experience introduced a modernized layout, simplified navigation, and intuitive user pathways for key audiences. A modular content system provides the internal team with the flexibility to manage site updates while maintaining visual consistency.
